No I wasn't a radical ( didn't even know what a barm cake was ) oven bottom muffins was the nearest I got to being a groundbreaker !
Speaking of cuisine, first time I’ve seen a ‘Wigan Kebab’ sold at BP on Saturday. For those uneducated types, it’s a meat & potato pie and mushy peas inside of a muffin. Was tasty but pricey at £4.50 a go.

I remember his stint here, a very talented player, think we've had a few from Everton with similar problems.
Jose Baxter and George Green.

Rhys Murphy and Jake Cassidy on the scoresheet
9 for Murphy this season at Yeovil. Could do with a finisher like him right now at Latics.

RIP Junior Agogo.

Hahahaha Sefil what a wanker - poor positioning and chucking your hands in the air instead of busting your bollocks to get to your man!
Oh dear, how sad, nevermind.

What an utterly bizarre comment.
Maybe to those who suffer from the hard of thinking.

Don't even start. You'll give the #everythingisfine brigade another reason to accept misery.
It’s only misery to those who whine like a pussy about it.

Sefil look like he could do a job?
I think all of Mills, Hamer, Stott and Iacovitti could do OK next season, but it has to be 3 out of 4 and an experienced leader for me. Doubt that will be easy to find though.
The 3 essential signings we need are that experienced centre back and 2 strikers, closely followed by a winger. And after that we'll still need some players to pad out the squad.
Agree with this. I thought Mills looked decent going forward, though got caught out a few times with his man running into space behind him. Also thought Sylla was decent and Wilson lively when he came on.

One or two older heads at the back needed or we’ll ship goals for fun this season.

Yes/No
No, he was a midfielder, allegedly.

Dan Gardner played 20 games last season. He scored 2 and assisted 6 times.
Maouche played 34, returning 4 and 3.
Baxter's numbers were 29, 4 and 2.
How the fk Maouche got a new contract - especially given what he was reportedly earning - on his performance at his job and the other two didn't, is a disgrace. It stinks.
For context, here are some other comparisons;
Nepo, 42, 6 and 10.
Branger, 25, 5 and 8.
Lang, 42, 13 and 2.
O'Grady, 38, 7 and 3.
Look at the numbers.... there's no way he should've been offered a new contract. There has to be ulterior motives.
Ignore the stats. Branger is horseshit according to a lot, on here anyway.

Just a couple of opinions on NA from Southport fans and good friends of mine.
”In my opinion she will not be popular. I am amazed she got another football club. I think she got herself a bit lost on what she was meant to be doing and spent match days taking the easy option. The most damaging of all comments about her came from the new owner. He stated on a live interview that he would not run a business the way she ran SFC”
“She openly has no time for supporters hence her do one comments when there was any dissenting voice! Possibly the most unpopular employee the club have ever had and there’s been a fair old list of cunts”

Poor from Iversen for their first goal.
Hamer could’ve also done a bit better by closing down the player with the ball.

And Branger...

He came on wide right so I suspect that's his preferred position.
Yeah, from what little time he was on he reminded me of a nippy David Beresford type winger.
