    Don't think decisions by Wellens turned it round. We won in spite of them. Starting line up was dire.

    There is a story I heard when Kowenicki was signed. In the first training session Jimmy Frizzell takes the balll lays it down points to it and says' "Ball," he then points to the goal and says, "Goal," where upon Kowenicki say, "I can speak english boss." Frizz, turns and says, "This is not for you, it's for this lot."

    Looks as though game will be on as not freezing, but conditions will be awful. Pitch will be either a mud bath or sand pit depending on ground staff approach. None of which suits or pre christmas on the ground football. Frankly I am worried. Fortunately/hopefully quite a number of teams around us in the league are not very good either. Still in our hands though. Need a win tomorrow or I think panic will set in and adventurous team selection, as BP suggests, will be out of the question.

    Home form seemed ok this afternoon. At the moment I don't fancy us to get a result there without a big attitude change and some sort of plan/organisation. I hope you're right though.

    Rochdale have 6 home game and 2 aways Bury and Oxford, the way they are playing safety a definate possibility now. Looking at other fixtures Northampton are probably gone and possibly MK Dons.

    Rochdale now only 2 points behind and us to play at their's. Plus a way better goal difference. We need to up our game.

    I am not missing your point, I am supporting it. I did not say the pen decision was correct I said that pens are given in those situations many times. As for VAR, I think it will become part of the game for players to harangue the ref into looking at it and as for the decision I blame BREXIT, in the Italian box it is not given. On a serious note, bad decisions cost games. The only way to mitigate, is to take your own chances.

    That's a pen many times, their player was in a sandwich and many refs would have given the tackle (by Young I think), won the ball, but their man was going down before Tarky stood on his foot. In fact that probably caused the step-on incident as his running momentum had gone. Nevertheslee, great debute from tarky, I will be disappointed if he is not in the squad.
