2 years ago, that's way beyond my recollection. I find it hard to remember what I got for my last birthday, hence the question. It just seems like the lads have all got lead boots for Christmas. I know we've had some rollercoaster rides but what a balloon this season has been.

Promotion form and 40 points on Boxing Day, such a buzz amogst fans,.... then relegation form with half the points since, a severe drop in support and fans yelling and screaming at the club and each other. Has there ever been a season like this at BP?

so many good points raised for and against. in regards to the promotion and relegation, it can still be kept as 3 up and 3 down if the playoffs combined the second and third teams from each division. top 2 get automatic promoton. 2nd plays 3rd from opposing league. winners play off for promotion. that's when we'd get our big games against the pick of the southern clubs and travelling numbers would be big because of what's at stake. let's face it, no club deserves to go up to the championship from 6th.

crap attitude mate. how are you ever going to see a team that fights for the club if you've refused to go? i would love to be at boundary park every second week to support my beloved latics whether they are playing like donkeys or world beaters. what kind of supporter walks out on their club?
