  1. We're still 7 points off from relegation safety. Let's get past that first!!!
  2. Well, this thread reads like a game of Mornington Crescent
  3. I bet you've booked yourself into First Class again as well haven't you. Not a green lager in sight... (Can't make it myself, btw)
  4. I'm in and I'll be bringing my institutionally racist 59 year old Arsenal season ticket holding friend. Be warned!
  5. I'm not sure I'm fond of these rules, at this rate we'll be drafting up a constitution
  6. That's a normal facial expression round Gillingham way, they'll understand
  7. Last year there was some faffing as it was cheaper to buy in advance. Seems to be flat rate this time. See you in a bit chaps.
  8. Agree with all the mushy sentiments. Amongst this travesty it would be terrible if the OASIS we know were pulled apart as well. Great suggestion from the WAGs too. We can't just stick to London non-league games for our footie fix - I was foreseeing a profit warning from M&S as sales of green lager plummet. The consequences of the club's senselessness know no bounds...

  10. http://sport.bt.com/video-01363814401986?videoid=3959398844001 Dunno how long it's available for. Plenty of folks coming out in the press distancing themselves from this programme. Fashanu, totally out of order referring to the crazy gang as "the family he never had, the brother he never had", and saying he had no regrets. Definitely playing himself up for the cameras too, must be from his time presenting Deal Or No Deal Nigeria. As for the stuff about him being psychotic and from a tough background, I guess nowadays you have to take into consideration the sort of stuff that may well have gone on in Bernardo's homes during that era... Eric Young, Wimbledon's version of Roger Palmer?
  11. Colchester also were a man light after the same incident, so it was 10 v 10 when we scored
  12. We were already winning though when Baudet got sent off. Maybe I could have been more explicit - were there any during that season (or since) where we went down to 10 *before* scoring the winner? Lee's first reply is a good example.
  13. Forget the game digestion for a bit, today got me thinking about games we've really struggled in despite a man advantage. I can recall many times we've let teams still get at least a point even though there were more of us than them. Heck, even Plymouth had 9 men the other year yet still made a contest of it. In the times I've been watching us I can't remember us ever going a man down then proceeding to score the winner. Surely we managed this once upon a time??
  14. Victoria is hardly a thriving metropolis of decent boozers either, mind.
  15. Made it back from Bristol. Still in yesterday's clothes and I haven't showered. On way to Bree Louise
  16. Any day that involves two visits to the Bree Louise is a promising day, regardless of whatever :censored: gets visited in between.
  17. I'm in a bit of a pickle with this one. I'm in Bristol on the Friday night for works' xmas do and staying over. My options for getting back to London are a train at 8am or wait til 11 for a coach that everyone else is getting. For the former I might as well not go to bed and the latter would get me back to town too late to go to the game. Even with a kip on the train I'm likely to be asleep before kick off. But I really wanna go to the Bree Louise!
  18. No they're not too mainstream? Great, I'll give it an outing. VEE ARE ZEE BOYZ IN BRAUN VEE ARE ZEE BOYZ IN BRAUN VE ARE ZE BOYZ- VE ARE ZE BOYZ IN BRAUN
