Rubbish kick off time but can't wait to do it all over again.

Very good but bloody hell, it's as if us winning was a natural disaster with the slow mo and the music!

Yesterday masked a serious decline in form and results and unless we start transferring cup form to the league, by the Everton game we could be cut adrift in the bottom 4. He needs the next 3 games, and ideally we need at least 6 points to give us some breathing space.

So if we are on tv this round, how much money will we have raised from the cup? Half a million?

I have a feeling we could be the Saturday lunchtime game but I could well be wrong.

That is actually me, and I'm not ashamed to say I shed a tear. I'm 21, so not old enough to have seen the glory years, and for all my time watching latics we have basically been :censored:e and stuck in league one. The emotion of the day, the victory, finally having something worth cheering about got to me. It's hard supporting a team like Latics who are pretty much constantly rubbish, paying my money to go watch us, knowing that we'll probably lose but going anyway because its in my blood. I'm a football fan, and an Oldham fan, and yesterday the club did me proud.

Housemate is a Blackpool fan, says their chairman took the parachute payments for himself-they couldn't agree wages with a Barnsley player on a reported 2k a week, so I reckon Forest must be funding for Matt like they did for us.

Bugger. Derbyshire/Baxter worked well. To say I'm annoyed that Blackpool of all teams have got him is putting it slightly. We could probably offer more money than Blackpool!!

Cant stand Huddersfield, was hoping he'd take them down tbh. Wouldnt really want him at latics but I suppose I'd be in the minority.

After our crap run of form recently and the team playing as though they have just met each other (although switching the midfield every game cant help) my excitement for the Liverpool game seems to have all but vanished. I'm just praying we dont get spanked live on national television, and that we at least put up a fight, but based on the league since Forest, It doesnt seem as though the team will even do that. Sorry for being all doom and gloom but ties like this FA Cup match are virtual freebies in terms of expectations, yet I dont have any expectations for sunday. I just feel let down by football at the moment, and a lot of it has to do with how we play and how the team is managed, ie. Nonexistently. Keep the Faith.

Just seen a report on SSN, at the moment they think the pitch is playable, but here in Notts it's meant to drop to -3 during the day which could call it off. Decision after lunchtime.

Dickov will be gone by saturday night after we lose tomorrow and to Forest. To me, his position as manager has been completely undermined in an effort to get him to resign. This should have been announced Saturday night however. If we can, we need to contact SOD today to sound him out about taking over for the weekend, as a loss to bloody Scunny will be the last straw.

Its what he said in the press conference. Personally, after that shower of :censored:e today i'd have sacked Dickov immediately, but I reckon he has been given tuesday and a week today to try and change things.
