  2. Ex-Oldham defender Reuben Hazell joins Shrewsbury Town Hazell started his career with Aston Villa Former Oldham captain Reuben Hazell has joined Shrewsbury after offering his services to manager Graham Turner. The 32 year-old decided he wanted to play for the Shrews after watching their play-off defeat against Torquay last season. "I phoned Graham Turner and spoke to him about watching the play-off game," he told BBC Radio Shropshire. "I thought they needed more experience and I thought of myself." He added: "Ian Sharps was injured and a young lad came on, it stuck in my mind." Very proactive. Good for him.

  9. It is a good idea but I'd be worried as a Yeovil fan if their manager didn't know about the availability of players ....
  10. Rochdale OS says Gary jones has agreed terms and will re-sign for them today.
  11. It's news that may be of interest to some. No harm. Not everyone trawls all the sites and a round up of what's happening in our division doesn't go amiss.
  12. I hope it is true but on each of his calls so far he's had a 50/50 chance of success so it's not that hard to get 2 out of 3.
  13. Lewi and Joe Colbeck - could do well ....
  14. Scott Spencer, young Philiskirk - we should have held out for £2million apiece. Gave them away. Trotman too. All turned out be Premiership quality.
  15. Ben Dover: This lad is very versatile - can play in several positions One to watch?
