    Whoever the best man for the job is, you don't keep an under preforming manager who is losing just because there isn't a clear candidate to take over.

    But the ride was advertised as being top notch this year, so when it turns out to be worse than the one it replaced people have the right to voice their opinions.

    If he's not doing his job properly paying customers have the right to moan about the ride.

    Or the disappointment of losing the 3 close games could cause a few players to give up which hit's the moral of the team.

    Just a question Lees, what is his job, most people are saying he's been 'quality' as a target man since that's he's job and he's not a goal scorer (which his record proves).

    So it must be quite embarrassing for Ricketts to see a winger with no ability score 6 goals in open play compared to the immense footballing brains 1. And another thing, If Ricketts is so good in the air, why are we so poor when balls are crossed into the box.

    Love to think what position we would be in without Davies goals, but it's all his fault and nothing to do with the man with an 'immense' footballing brain, it's not his job to get in goalscoring situations on a regular basis.

    But people on here keep telling me he's got an immense footballing brain, surely he can create his own chances?

    Call me old fashioned, but I kinda like my centre forwards to have more than one shot a game and last longer than 40 mins.

    While I wouldn't be upset to see Shez go, I don't see the point in sacking him given we have no money to pay him off and no money to give the new manager, plus the facts theres absolutely no-one I can think off to come in meaning Dux will get the job. One point to take into account is that one play off team always gets relegated the following season, Hartlepool lost in the final and were relegated two seasons ago , Brentford got to the play offs and were relegated last year

    Until Ricketts starts bring goals to the team Davies shouldn't be moved.

    I'm not sure about the logic of dropping the only striker we have that looks like scoring (and actually is) to the wing.

    My views on our summer recruitment are well documented, if we spent more time looking for hungry young players instead of little trips to Wakefield prison we might be in a better shape. I didn't go yesterday, a day watching the rugby league and Union was more appealing than watching our team go through the motions.

    Since we've spunked all our money on 'stars' like Ricketts and Hughes he's about as much as we can afford.
