Lags could the fans rep of done more this week to gauge the feelings of the fans ? My feeling is he is being taken away from that part of his role and hasnt the time to represent the fans, I know he works endless hours at little expense for the club and I applaud that but he simply cannot represent the view of the fans without asking them.

Surely his position as fans rep is untenable ? I dont know a single fan whose been consulted on this issue despite reports that they have. It shouldn't be up for vote he shoud step aside as he is so far out of touch with those he speaks for it would be almost impossible to continue.

I doubt it his silence on this has been deafening, I've always viewed him as part of the Barry Owen clique it needs a fresh approach for me but that only my view.

Why do we not have a statement from the club rather than a board member informing Dan Roan ?

I think its good you have started a thread out all for yourself Singe it makes it clear what your motives are, its obvious you have a personal vendetta about the manager and without even knowing the facts of the case you want to set out to assassinate his character, its simply not fair of you to continuously single one man out who has no way of defending himself against the tripe your typing, can I ask what your motives are in all this and will you carry on the same campaign against any other manager who may be asked to work with the player.

Most sensible people wouldn't touch a football club with a barge pole, as for or club even less so now. I'm afraid we are stuck with Simon Corney, if you really want to see the back of him you may end up with Barry Blatter fulfilling his lifetime ambition and only real aim of running OAFC. Then watch the fans turn the back on the club.

This has been my reasoning behind it, SC is up :censored: creek without a paddle and has sold the clubs soul for a quick buck. Not fit to 'run' a football club IMO.

What bothers me about the whole Ched saga is how out of touch the directors of the club are, its fine offering offenders second chances I'm all for that but should it be at the expense of loyal fans who have supported this current regime through thin and thinner, the board as it stands have sold its soul on this one, they knew by going down this route they would lose 10-20% of its loyal fan base overnight and for me that shows a total disregard and respect for their own fans views, we have effectively been trampled on for the short term gain of a few quid, I will go to the games but its never really going to be the same again it may sound melodramatic but it will be strange not seeing some familiar faces, I hope the board are feeling really proud of themselves tonight the position they have put their own employees and fans in is nothing short of disgraceful.

Best constructed post I've ever read on here it captures the thoughts and feelings of most of our fans and for me puts many things into context, well done.

What does it matter to you ? Your not attending games, havent attended games for years yet have more to say than any true fan, is your life that :censored: you need to be so involved in something you have no vested interest in ?

Im sure he will, as much as Singe thinks LJ is culpable I dont think that will worry him too much.

I will be there as normal as will around 4000 others, I respect peoples wishes who dont want to go that up to them, but life goes on the worlds still spinning and you moaning your arse off on here will change zilch.

Think you have mentioned that about fifty times we know you dont like the manager, what will changing the boss acheive then ?

I suppose it may have more effect than threatening not to go for another 4 years.
