mattyg101
Just thought that if anyone passes or lives next to BP it might be a good idea to start one of those photo diaries where you take a photo of the ground every morning or every other day etc... Would map out the progress really well and things like that tend to be quite popular on the internets. Just an idea.
the_carters_arms
I could get my grandma to do it but she doesnt have a mobile phone or a digital camera, what about text updates?
Tommy_Fent
wouldn't they cover the stand up with advertisements?
mattyg101
Ahh yeah, thats a good point. They would probably board it all up. Carters Arms; your grandma got a balaclava and know how to use a crow-bar? Maybe she could go that extra mile to get the photos!
the_carters_arms
Just called her and yes she has. Quite worried my grandma has a balaclava and a crowbar now.
Sheephead
the club should be sorting that, ive seen them on other clubs new grounds, they take like, a selection of photos every month, from the same angles to show how its progressing, its a good idea

And Wembley. I'm sure OAFC have thought of that one. If not they read it on here first! I think a webcam would be mint - on the inside of the main stand pointing out to the lookers. They could put a tea-towel over it on Saturdays to stop people watching the match when the ball i up in the air - like when Tranmere come to play! singe
We could pinch Eds idea from a thread earlier and put the BIGGEST adverting hoarding in the known universe to cover where the entire stand was. Just a thought..

Corporal_Jones
But it will be manna from Heaven for the moaners. Up and down the country other clubs have been getting brand new grounds with up-to-date facilities and still Latics fans moan.

oafc_ok
I think a webcam would be mint - on the inside of the main stand pointing out to the lookers. A webcam trained on the Main Entrance would make it easier to speculate on which transfer target is just about to do a runner go for their medical. Diego_Sideburns
"How are things going, Mr. Torrance?" Any relation to George Torrance from Glasgow, Latics' reserve goalie in 1956-57, and a talented musician with"pop-star" looks?
