slider1
According to Tranmere fans their current right back is terrible, yet they still didn't bother signing Chimbonda so not for me.

rudemedic
Meh. That's the third time a story about Chimbonda has appeared on the BBC in 6 weeks, I would like to think LDJ knows about his availability but has decided not to pursue it any further for the moment. He probably has a combination of a number of good reasons as to why he isn't interested at the moment.
Ross2509
Possibly because Chimbonda is absolutely :censored:ing terrible?
deyres42
Possibly because Chimbonda is absolutely :censored:ing terrible? Aye, you get plenty of terrible players who ply their trade in the top flight for most of their career...

He might be gash now, in fact he probably is, wasn't when he was at Tottenham and Wigan though.
oafc_lover
Could have said the same about John Sheridan, once upon a time... I wouldn't put Chimbonda in the same universe as Sheridan when both in their prime. Also a full back needs his legs a lot more than a CM with Shez's class does.
