Steven Jennings

Recommended Posts

A proper sports journalist is linking us with Steven Jennings, former Coventry City midfielder who has been released, according to him us and Tranmere are after him, but he is training with us at the moment. He has tweeted a fair bit about it in the last day so scroll through his tweets and look for yourself.

Ain't that the guy they sold to bayern Munich????

Nope.

This is a little, stocky, central midfielder, who went up to Scotland to play for Motherwell; then came back down to sign for Coventry.

Not sure what to make of it if it is true - we already have stocky, defensively minded midfielders already....?

What is a ''proper sports journalist?'' There are plenty who claim to be and regularly produce appallingly inaccurate and made up stories particularly in the red tops like the Daily Mirror and Daily Mail. The laughable part is that in the latter particularly ,they regularly refer to themselves as ''experts.''
