Crusoe
Yep. Experienced keeper, has been on form, knows the club so won't need to gel over the close season. With Coleman as backup I'm not sure if we still need Simpson.

SavageTheBeast
I know we have already got a goalkeeper coach about 20 or something but would it be a good idea to offer it rachubka?

I'd like to see Rachubka coaching the young goalkeeper coach how to goalkeeper coach.

beag_teeets
JPT game against Chesterfield... He was rusty in that game, I'd have fancied my chances to have put in a better performance that night.
rudemedic
JPT game against Chesterfield... Nail on the head. FWIW if we'd have picked Oxley, despite his numerous critics on here and elsewhere, for that game I'd have fancied us to win in hindsight. NJ33
We have a young manager you people are happy with and yet we have a young goalkeeping coach and yet for some reason we want to replace him, for being young

Twisbrogan
Given his form at the end of the season and his part in making us more solid defensively (which will have meant a lot of hard work with coaching staff on the training ground), I'd say it's a very pleasing signing and as much stability on that front is welcome. I'm always most optimistic about Latics in June/July. Good to hear.
