Bristolatic
Premier League There is no change in the top four positions, but disjointed and Carl Waters are only separated by correct results (W,L,D) . DavidCollinge showed some of his old form moving into the top half of the table and no one dropped more than 2 places. There were some excellent attendance predictions, the pick of the crop being DavidCollinge (-1), NewBlue (+1) and Handsy (+3) . Latics_Fanatic did not post a prediction . Championship Hometownclub and dave_ragg1984 stay 1st and 2nd, but the main successes were underdog and aidan_latics, who both moved up 4 places . youngen fell by the same distance into the bottom half . Again, there were some excellent attendance predictions, the nearest being ajw65, who was just 13 out . Andy-latic, BJBlue, MAC0AFC and Oafc1895 did not post a prediction . Don't do it.... your achievements will become tainted.... and you'll be forced to leave the competition under a cloud, defending your reputation. It would be a sad day. 24hoursfromtulsehill
Big message sent out by Dave Collinge yesterday, in case anyone didn't hear it loud and clear. This league was lacklustre because of the absence of truly big name players and very predictable results). Well...Shezurrection II means we're less predictable, and Dave Collinge waking up means we've got one sort-of big name back in the hunt. (I realise New Blue was only one away from an attendance maximum, but he's never won anything and never will.) When you get someone like Dave Collinge finding his range in January, you wonder how the johnny-come-latelys like Carl Waters will handle it psychologically. The old unanswered questions about disjointed's resilience and adaptability will only multiply. Just when everyone was thinking the game was dead, Dave Collinge goes and gives it the kiss of life. Still very early days for the lad, but you're right about the pressure getting to people. Anyone from Dave Collinge up can still win it...apart from rudemedic...the Monarch of Mediocrity...the King of the Commonplace...the Prince of the Passable...the Duke of Dull. Still laughing at the state of Harry Bosch though. He'll be back up there only if he lands that 20-pointer. In other words...if he gets lucky again, he'll end up mid-table again. Otherwise he's going down.
