Ritchierich Posted June 27, 2022 Share Posted June 27, 2022 Two points from me: 1) no to regional leagues at that level, they play in 3 cup competitions in L2..not sure that is necessary 2) re fuel costs…the UK Govt takes approx 46% of every tank of fuel….you put in a £100 and they are making £46 so clearly they could cap their windfall profits at say £20 and immediately slash the price of fuel… but they won’t for several reasons….firstly because politicians in general and governments in particular love to take more of our money and then use some of it to bribe us through things like tax credits or tax “reductions” close to elections. They also like to have someone to blame at any given time….oil companies, bankers, unions etc….not so easy to blame someone else if you admit that you are actually the ones controlling the situation and deliberately fanning the flames of the fire that you lit in the first place Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I suppose there has to be a line somewhere between league and non league…or has there? National League North & South to be League Div 4 north & Div 4 south?
