Really really dont want Gannon. Not very experinced and yes hes done OK with a young stockport side but thats it and he opens his mouth and talks nonsense far to often. It been nice to here Royle's comments after the game - the right way sensible and posative not spouting nonsense. That said if Gannon came in id be right behind him but first instinct i dont want him - hes probably fav tho. Martin Allen would get the team playing as 1 with some effort but would it be the return of the Ronnie Moore hoof days. He just cant do it - his stature doesnt allow him to be a powerhouse player he isnt blessed with mega pace everytime he comes on any threat we did have goes and its been like this his whole caeer i cant belive he is still even a pro but hey ho the managers and coaches must see something we dont hes been at the club years and has never looked like he should be in the team

I wish we would look a bit more at non league but we have seen with the likes of Posh the players they brought in and were instant success went for big money. Wayne Andrews had a decent stint for us but it took him half a season to adjust I spose what I’m trying to say is if we do sign some promising non league players they need to be given time to develop if they aren’t instantly successful....... its an avenue id like to see us explore tho BP1960 do you sit in the front row of the main stand nearest the Roachdale road end by any chance?

Steven Gillespie ( i think thats his name) - Good in the air, mobile good touch not a prolific striker but would give us something to build off. Or Akinfenwa got goals at a struggling team would be another decent target man 2. Steven Gerrrard - we dont have much in centre mid but he can dominate games almost on his own so stick Maher alongside and we would do ok i think.... Plus he gets loads of goals

Taylor did very well upfront was a real menace pity he mis kicked inside the box but had a very good 2nd half. Alessandra is mega over rated on here but he had very little to work with today - the way he plays just isnt suited to his physical stature its stange. He did put away his "goal" well. Wolfy didnt do too much for me - .again not much service

I have no problem with supple in net or fleming for that matter altho CF does like to give away pens rushing off his line both decent young keepers

Think there is a more than fair chance Lee playing. Taylor will play wide Lewis up front - may even have 5 across the middle unless we deploy some really young players we have 0 options up front so anything could be tried. Actually now i have had a minute to think I rekon Allot and Lewis will be the strike force. Taylor right side (if fit), Ferreira left Lee and whits in the middle????
