Certainly is. We are becoming nearly men and more often than not shooting ourselves in the foot. THis season after the start we had promotion or at least the playoffs have been there for the taking and at the moment we look like blowing it. Untill details of the incidents are comfirmed its hard to say what punishments should exacted - im sure fines will probably be all it will amount to if that.

surprised at some of the negativity on here to be honest. Leeds are a big strong team and we dealt with them OK. They only started to look a decent side going forward as we tired late in the game and Maher and Allot started to sit deep. allowing KK and Delph to get thier heads up to play passes through us up untill the hour mark it was pretty even game and i dont think there was much to choose between us. I think the 2 games in 48 hours effected us more than them. We needed a little more composure on the ball at times but we didnt get it partly because of lack of movement partly because we have some players who arent great dealing with the ball under pressure. Taylor wasnt great did anyone think he looked knackerd towards the early in the 2nd half and never really recoverd?. To me Leeds looked a lot like us give them room to play and they wil beat you 9 times out of 10 - pressure them and hustle the midfield and they struggle with some more aggression i think we could have bullied KK and Delph a little. Leeds are good going forward - shaky at the back

I’ve been having a quick read of the board this moaning especially the Steve Kabba thread and it seems most people think we would have done better with Lewis in the team more often this season. Lewis is a good young player. Good control, good with the ball at his feet and plays some good passes. But he gets bullied by the big centre half’s he’s come across recently, he’s not massively quick, and he likes to make sure when shooting i think he could have had a few more goals if he would hit the ball 1st time in the box. I actually think his lack of real pace has been found out a little when he first came into the team he was moving out wide and being given time to bring the ball under control by defenders and get his head up to pass – at the moment hes feeding on scraps (so i could be talking crap) and defenders are getting a lot tighter to him and bullying him of the ball. My point is although we haven’t seen that much of him at times is he is still a very young player he was taken out of the team because he wasn’t getting goals and wasn’t getting involved as much. I just think that people seem to have forgotten this a little and think that Hughes would have 30 goals and lewis would have 15 and we would have rolled teams over. Rubbish. Hes scored pretty regularly for us. Today the offside chance was a bad miss. The header in the 2nd half was a great save from the keeper. If hes going its not effecting him one iota. Today was a poor team performance and not a lot else

Huddersfield appalling? Very harsh they out fought us at BP and out played us at the Galpharm we should have lost by at least 2 goals. We were dire both games they didnt need much to be a big threat to anyone in the league and they may have just got that extra spark they needed

The best performane deane smally has put in was against Leeds last season when he came on as a sub. He tore Leeds to bits - and he did most of his best work on the left hand side and put in a couple of dangerous crosses. Taylor is getting marked out of the game alot at the moment. Give smalley a shot on the left for a game or 2 and put tayor wide right. We cant be any worse than the last few games which have all been rubbish

No for me at the moment. I dont trust these improvements will take place and thats the biggest problem i have the improvemts if they were to happen perfectly they sound OK for me as a non driver but i just cant see it happening and a lot of these improvements are "proposed" to me thats code for "we will change our minds to suit us" at a later date. These plans should be pretty much concreate by now not leaving things open to be changed at a later date people need to know how these changes will effect them with as much accurate info as possible Ive heard the tram line will replace the rail line at mumps is this true?? - if so thats pointless y replace the train line that runs well and quick and then replace it with a metro that will take the same time as bus (give or take a few mins) More early buses and more late buses sounds good but id rather more buses at peak times on busy routes instead of running 10 82s every 3 minutes which are usually half empty anyway. First are useless in organising themselves id dispair if they were given any money to play with. Wonder if that will affect any bids for him in January. Certainly a blow for Leeds but Bechio has got a few and they a decent team. If they loose Beckford and Delph in January that could have a massive baring on there season

AS do i you wonder who currently has the latics brain cell - i had high hopes for this season boosted by the start we had but stupid stupid decisions like they are making at the moment seem to indicate the wheels are coming off a little. Letting 1st team players out on loan i can understand but letting them out and getting cup tied?? - so if anyone gets injured and hughes will do at somepoint we are screwed....... Or are they not taking it seriously (which we have been told they are) I just do not understand. you cant send players out on loan and leave your self short as we have done and expect to succead its just not going to happen.
