It was but that one game and 10 minutes was better than any thing I've seen under Dunn.

We actually looked a better side under Kelly until Cassidy got injured than we do under Dunn. Don't get me wrong Kelly has gone on to prove he hasn't got a clue either.

I agree they are both decent but if they have only signed for a month and don't re-sign then Dunn will have to play the players he clearly thinks arnt good enough again and we are back to square one.

How does Dunn have the right to have a pop at anyone. He turned up at Latics as a player unfit and about 4 stone over weight. Couldn't get him self fit enough to start a game and played his part in some of the worst defeats we have had this season. Then he's made manager and starts calling out players without naming them on the individual mistakes being made costing us games, that's fair enough as some of the individual errors have been appauling. On the other hand how would Dunn feel if his boss started calling him out on his. Poor tactics week in week out, playing players out of position and asking them to play roles and formations they arn't used to playing in,dropping certain players as soon as they make a mistake but persisting with others that cost us goals every week,signing numerous players on loan that don't appear to be much if any better than the ones we are already paying and are employed us. Wasting budget on :censored:e like fuller and Eckersly,in fact he's made that many individual errors if I listed them all I'd still be typing at midnight. The point is you need to be pretty flawless in your own work if your going to take a pop at everyone else who makes a mistake and Dunn is miles away from that. I'd have absolutely no respect for someone like Dunn if he was my boss and would be actively looking for new employment. I certainly wouldn't be going into work and breaking my neck to make his job easier for him thats for sure.

Does anybody else think that Corney might be sanctioning sales of players Dunn said he would like to keep in a hope he resigns so he doesn't have to pay him off. Or is Corney just being Corney and any offer is a good offer and we will take it? Suppose we will see by who if anyone Dunn is allowed to sign on permanent deals. First signings are both on one month loans, and players that have been in the team during our terrible run. Hardly the start of reshaping your squad is it?

Dunn does appear to be clueless and definitely out of his depth. The other problem with him is he seems to shirk any responsibility for what is going on out on the pitch because he's an arrogant sod. They are supposed to be in this together as a group, siege mentality and all that but that doesn't work when your leader just blames his troops. He should be Wrapping them in a cloak and not letting any negativity fester within the squad never mind slating them at every opportunity because they haven't got the skill or nouse to play Barcelona style tica taca possession football with one man up front and win games. Change your style to suit your players has to be a better option than trying to change your squad to suit your philosophy. Even Manchester city with the squad they have and the one man up front being Aguero struggle to play the way Dunn wants his squad to play. Its no coincidence that underdogs Leicester and Watford are doing well in the premiere league and they are the only two sides that play 442. All that said Corney and are board are the ones that have really shafted us with their continued terrible decions.

I've filled it in but said I wouldn't contribute anything as I don't believe our inept board would use the funds correctly or even what they were raised for in the first place.

I won't be renewing next season for the simple reasons the product on the pitch is boring and our owner and board are sucking the life out of our club to the point that for the first time in my life I get absolutely no pleasure from any part of Oldham Athletic.I've had a season ticket for over 20 years and I get that we are always going to struggle to compete financially but there is no reason why whatever 11 players play can't be sent our there to try to score goals and win every game. As for the owner and his board of directors, can anyone tell me the last time they made a good decision that benefitted Oldham Athletic?

When Kelly was dismissed recently I doubt that any of us really cared about how long he would last in the F.A Cup with his new club.

If this new management team truly reflects your ambitions on and off the field Mr Corney you clearly don't have any at all. Unless your ambitions have nothing to do with the actual footballing part of the club of course. It's your club you make the decisions but please don't start the usual "we can't get fans through the gate so our playing budget is restricted". You don't get fans through the gate because you seem to get most big decisions so far wrong it actually looks like your trying to destroy your own business. I know that seems like a riduculous statement but a sucessful business man surely can't make so many bad decisions by accident, can they?

What did everyone really expect? With the players we had available today and a management team that had zero hours of management experience between them playing against a team that brought on from the bench Neil Kilkenny, Sylvan Ebanks Blake and Jermain Beckford. Teams like Preston should be spanking us under those circumstances and duly did. I agree we do need a manager in and sharpish but we'd have got pasted today any way.

A fans representative should listen to and put accross to the board the views of the clubs fans not just put accross his own beliefs then expect the fans to agree.

LJ turned round and had a right pop at one of our supporters for making his feelings known, that was in the second half of the Leyton Orient game. the supporter was sat in the mainstand paddock. Johnson either watches a different game to everyone else or just hasn't got a clue. I read a quote from him just the other night in the newspaper whinging about fans having a pop at players. He actually said Liam Kelly has been getting some stick, unjustly in his opinion. If he truly thinks Liam Kelly has put in one performance that has been anything resembling a captains performance or even a performance of somebody we have paid a decent fee for he needs to give his a head an almighty shake. What worrys me most about LJ is that he doesn't actually see any of the problems that exist. He just spouts some more bollocks after the match and expects everybody to go home happy we have been beaten at home without putting up so much as a fight. Take a look at yourself Lee and admit YOU have got it wrong.
