  1. I'm not convinced. Don't want to be overly critical, he's a nice guy by all accounts, but he's very one paced and can trap a ball further than I can kick it. No better than what we already have in my opinion.
  2. Pukka's not just brave. He's a Steel Panther fan. He's :censored:ing nails.
  3. My father-in-law used to own an off licence before he retired. I've had loads of out of date beer thrown my way over the years, never did me any harm. However, when paying customers are being charged £3 - £4 per bottle for the privilige, it's piss poor to say the least.
  4. This. Gary Harkins is :censored:ing ace. Worth the entrance fee alone. I pay in the hope of being entertained and he's very very entertaining.
  5. Ha ha. It's a resounding YES from me as well in that case.
  6. When I saw the title of this thread I was half hoping it'd be a poll about Jenny. Or the girl in the ticket office.
  7. It's only my opinion. If I was picking the starting XI on Saturday, and could only select one of them, it'd be Harkins.
  8. Me too. He isn't "sulky" and doesn't look like he's going to cry all the time.
  9. This poll is going to be even more of a one horse race than Harkins in the Peterborough game.
  10. I went for Wes. I like players who give 110% every single game, just as I would if I was lucky enough to pull on the blue shirt. As Rudemedic says though, different strokes. A couple of people have said theirs is Grounds which, quite frankly, mystifies me. Each to their own though.
  11. I was basing my assumption that LJ would've come off worse in a scrap with JCH on the fact that he's 4 feet tall, 8 stone wet through, talks like a girl and is a shandy drinking southerner, whereas JCH looks like an accomplished street robber. 'appen I could be wrong though ha ha.
  12. I'm significantly bigger then LJ and I wouldn't fancy "fistycuffs" with JCH for a minute, gaffer or no gaffer. LJ didn't have a mark on him on Saturday so he's either very good at ducking or this didn't happen.
  13. This. Over and over and over and over again! For all his off the field problems, on the field he was :censored:ing great!!!
  14. With the exceptions of Oxley and Harkins I thought we were truly awful, although i'm obviously grateful for the 3 points. Suppose it goes some way towards balancing out the times we've played well this season yet still lost. Gillingham must feel like they've been mugged.
  15. First - Sir Nick Henry All time - Sir Nick Henry Present - James Wesolowski Special mentions have go to Paul Rickers, Craig Fleming and David Eyres who made it an actual decision.
  16. I feel like i've been mugged. You think i'd be used to it by now.
  17. This. If he wasn't built like a girl he could be a very very good player. Get him in the gym, then to the pub and kebab shop, then back to the gym again.
  18. 10 stone? :censored: me. I think I was that when I was 9 ha ha.
  19. Drink lots and lots of Guinness. They'll fit you in no time. I used to be scrawny.
  20. Tom, sorry it's took me 4 hours to reply, been mad busy at work. You have a PM.
