  1. :censored: me. I'm glad you're not the manager.
  2. Well that's me convinced. Just the magistrates to go now and he's cracked it.
  3. I didn't see the incident with the police so can't comment. Out of interest though, how do you "completely and utterly unintentionally" end up on the pitch? That's never happened to me in 25 years of attending Latics matches. For one, there's a :censored: off big fence in the way.
  4. I can't remember the last time I watched an England game and didn't struggle not to nod off. They bore the arse off me. I move heaven and earth to make sure I don't miss Latics, using up my leave, swapping shifts and days off etc etc. I just can't summons that amount of enthusiasm for the national team any more. They're as dull as watching the X Factor with the wife and kids. To anybody else who feels different, hat off to you, just don't feel it myself any more.
  5. I'm not saying I believe he is innocent, not at all. I'm just pointing out that it is a possibility.
  6. My sentiments exactly. I don't know the in's and out's of the case, only what I have read in the news like everyone else on here. If he came out now and apologised, admitted his guilt, expressed remorse etc etc, he would no doubt get a slightly easier ride in life. What has he got to lose? If he comes out and admits his guilt now they can't jail him again. If he is still vehemently denying any wrongdoing then maybe he didn't do it after all. Only him and the alleged victim know for sure what went on in that hotel room. People get wrongly convicted of crimes all the time, as i'm sure many who are as guilty as sin walk free.
  7. If it's any consolation jss, I don't give a flying :censored: about either of them.
  8. He'd walk into Mid Table Manchester United's back 4 at the minute. Their kamikaze defending is funnier than Peter Kay live.
  9. Can't see there being too many offers for him if he can't get anywhere near our first team.
  10. I hope you're right Monty. I'm at a wedding on the Friday, which includes an overnight stay, and i'm working on the Sunday. Anything but a 3pm kick off on the Saturday and i'm going to end up either divorced or unemployed .
  11. Ha ha, got flashbacks of Anfield Westy? You'll never live that down.
  12. That was the one and only time i've ever had to go in the home end at an away game. :censored:ing awful. I genuinely think i'd rather not go at all should I have to make that decision again.
  13. You'd better be buddy. It was likened to a day trip to Helmand Province not too long back.
  14. This. A thousand times over. It's only a bit o' water. Dig the big coat out and man up!
  15. I don't give two hoots if he can even spell Oldham Athletic, as long as he keeps banging the goals in at his current rate.
  16. I'd enjoy watching England more if the players gave even half as much of a :censored: as those paying a fortune to watch did.
  17. My mate is Padiham's assistant manager so I sometimes look out for their results. Brett Ormerod scored a hat-trick for them a couple of weeks back as well, I think against Brigg Town.
  18. You fail to realise one major factor when comparing the 2 articles. You're not a complete :censored:wit .
  19. Crock of :censored:e this. I'm on nights all that weekend. I'm still going to get up and go to BP but i'm sure I won't be missing anything if I go back to bed while England are on.
