Correct.....I actually forgot about Flynn...all told - if we can get the positions sorted we all know about AND get a pitch that will help our ball players - we should only be looking one way.. One things for sure, it's got to be a lot more positive than we've all been used to!!

Holloway did a fantastic job holding it up on his own on our 'cabbage patch' pitch - but he is a far better player than just that - imagine what we could get out of him on a decent pitch!

Not sure about the cabbage patch....the club have finally done something about the pitch and having spoke to one of the groundstaff, they are quietly confident this season will be different...

The problem with winning ugly is the grief the team will get from our larger than average 'moaning section'. It is not good for morale - we need to be fully behind whatever way Shez wants us to play...he wants us out of this god forsaken league as much as we all want it and he needs our full support at all times....by the way youngen, that is very harsh on Banks....he definitely came to the fore last season when he was given guidance and direction and I'm sure will do again this season.....he is a quality 'ball' player...

Exactly......we are or have been a struggling League 1 club.....Craig Davies is a massive improvement on recent seasons and way above expectations...

Great call...we have all seen what Davies can do...even played for Wales and he wouldn't be joining us if he'd had a decent record recently as somebody has said......however, Davies or Ngoo is an absolute no brainer and definatly improves us up front..

Wow...didn't see that coming...think he and Holloway could be good...but not sure they'll be prolific..

Looks like we've done ok....2 at home over Xmas and shrews away NYD...Blackpool a Aug Bank Holiday....doesn't look like any long Tues night journeys....and doesn't look like any really tough runs of games....that'll do nicely..

Wow...great question... My earliest memories of signings go back to Alan Young.. Followed pretty quickly by Vic Halom, John Hurst, Carl Valentine, Simon Stainrod, Kenny Clements, Ryszard Kowenicki, Paul Futcher, Rodger Wylde, Tony Henry, Roger Palmer etc....... I could go on and on..

Remember him ripping us apart in that FACUP replay at an icy Valley Parade - HT was 5-0 and they announced at HT that tickets for the next round would go on sale after the game!!!
