If you don't want your season ticket books for this season after Saturdays game I will happily take them off your hands for all areas (other than Chaddy End Adult). If you are going to renew you will still need the the inside front cover and the season ticket voucher from the back.

There are two Manchester Senior Cup games for the reserves next week. On Monday at 14.00 Bury visit Boundary park KO 14.00. There will be no change for admission. Neither Latics or Bury have mustered a win in this seasons MSC but last weeks reserve league game between the sides was excellent value. Bank Holiday Monday, free game and nice weather what more can you want? (but bring a coat it will still be cold in the main stand) On Wednesday we are scheduled to play Manchester City at Stalybridge (19.00). CHECK IT IS ON BEFORE YOU TRAVEL. The game was scheduled a couple of month ago but recently City arranged a Premier Reserve League game at home to Chelsea for Thursday night and are adamant that they will not play on Wednesday. The Manchester FA will have to make a ruling (maybe Estonia v Scotland in Tallinn ) Manchester City or Bolton Wanderers will meet Manchester United in the final. Bolton - after the Latics City game had been set for 4th May - moved their final game against Stockport County to 5th May, the day after our game. Now Im not saying that was deliberate just interesting. The first team round up their campaign against MK Dons on Saturday (15.00). MKD will finish either 5th or 6th - needing a point to guarantee 5th. Excellent result yesterday against a admittedley poor Swindon Town. It would be nice after the travails of the last couple of months go go out on a high.

Just want to clarify a few things. Before the Sky game there where a number of people on here who wanted a copy. I did for my collection. Its not important to me what the result was nor how we played. It is my beloved Oldham Athletic playing so it means something to me. I have been out of work for 14 months and it is a struggle now. Every spare penny goes on Latics. If someone wants a copy of the game I will happily do that if they send me a rewritable disc and a sae. If I use my own and pay for post I would ask a small amount to cover costs. In fact I will do owt I can to help a Latics fan - I have loads of spare programmes that if someone wanted something in particular I will give it to them. I was offering to help fans get something they wanted - I didnt get the need to comment negatively about the game on the same post - but it is what it is - a open forum. Nor do I get the need to actually type out a swear word. It happens in conversation but come on mate its not needed on a message board. As the clubs official message board it reflects badly on the club. For those who have PM'd me about a copy I will be in touch tomorrow. See some of you at Swindon.

Latics wrap up their Totesport.com West Division campaign tonight at Stainton Park, Radcliffe Borough KO is 19.00 (I telephoned Bury this morning just in case ) Admission usually is £4 Adults £2 concessions. A win by two clear goals would see Latics edge our Wrexham for third place. Bury are rock bottom and have had a "problematic" campaign. For the youth game last Saturday the bar was open throughout the game - a bit of the same wouldnt go amiss. See you there.

The first team begin the week tomorrow (Monday) with a League one fixture against Walsall at Boundary Park (15.00) On Tuesday the reserves play a Manchester Senior Cup game against Rochdale at Ashton United's Hurst Cross. Neither side can make the final. 19.00 KO. On Wednesday we finad out what the Evolution campaign had been all about when revealed at the end of season awards dinner at the White Hrt Lydiate. On Thursday the reserves play their final Totesport.com fixture of the season against Bury at Radcliffe Boroughs Stainton Park. 19.00 KO. On Saturday the first team finish their travels this season when they take on relegation haunted Swindon Town at the county Ground. 15.00 KO.

Remember Ormondroyd having a stormer when we lost in a facup 3 replay - 5-0 down at half time and most of the Latics coaches where already full of demoralised fans.

Really - thought Burns was quite poor. Failing badly with the final ball on a number of occasions and the exchange between burns and riley in the first half looked like a lot of friction between the lads not being offered pro contracts and the others.
