  1. Reuben Reid departs Exeter and heads up the M5 to Forest Green.
  2. Might be worth updating the last line in that link!
  3. I'm going to predict that we'll see a new face today or tomorrow.
  4. It was a bit tongue in cheek. But to answer my own question, 6 in 53.
  5. If you strip out goals against Bradford, what was his scoring record for us?
  6. Interestingly, somebody else just messaged me using the "days away" phrase after listening to programme.
  7. Time for a movie. "The Damned Athletic" - the story of Paul Jewell's turbulent under-reign at Latics, featuring blood clots, away journeys to distant lands such as Southend and Plymouth. And some other stuff.
  8. Legend of Dean Holden's finest managerial moment Rhys Turner returns to Stockport on loan from Morecambe.
  9. I'll do my body and ear drums a favour and give this one a miss. Stockport v Salford.
  10. Of course work has been done. A coat of white paint has been added to the right side of the roof as you look from the RRE. I don't think they've used the most effective paint though. I assume sponsors are paying the costs involved.
  11. Bit of a Kevin Pieterson scenario. Best player. Bad for morale?
  12. My weather app say 7 degrees Celsius in Oldham. Game will be played.
  13. Embarrasing thread? It's a light hearted request to ease up a little. Not a suggestion to bring in the firing squad and mow you all down. I go week in, week out. I've paid for 24 season tickets in twelve seasons and also raised money for te club via PlayerShare. Atmosphere is great when it happens. Incessant drumming isn't atmosphere. It's tedious, repetitive and Neanderthal. Drumming is OK by me. Just tone it the fuck down. Bang the skin a little less often, be a little more subtle with it. Retire the thing until the next match if the game is well and truly lost. Your expression of selfish intolerance doesn't show you in a good light. Compromise a bit.
  14. Clearly nobody on there has bothered reading my initial post, or the balanced views of officials from Shrewsbury. I accept the drum. Just not it's overuse. And after struggling up the steps at Plymouth to get a decent vantage point out of the rain, I wasn't really fit enough to move myself further away for the turgid incessant beating that thing was getting. And I wasn't exactly close to it anyway. And for those who say I shouldn't attend because I've made what I see as a genuinely reasonable request, give it time. The cancer that limits my mobility will stop me getting to games sooner or later. I doubt I'll see 2019. There's a middle ground. At the moment the drumming is totally selfish.
