  1. Hopefully Oxford are as kind to us as they have been Halifax with those goals. They are both pretty horrific. They’ll deffo turn up for our game though…
  2. I looked earlier at the online view and there are a hell of a lot left. Loads left in every stand.
  3. For some reason not looking forward to this one. I’ve seen Chesterfield a few times this season and they’ve battered their opponents. They’ve had a bit of a blip recently though by their standards, so hopefully they’ll put in a Dorking type performance. Factoring in our home form, and if they score relatively early I have visions of it becoming a bit toxic. Que a latics win, 2-0.
  4. As it stands not giving us anymore tickets but they will reassess on Sunday 24th March and if they haven’t sold enough in their ends we’ll get an additional batch of tickets, presumably for the side stand like last season.
  5. Awful results tonight as it stands. Out of the play offs, everyone winning.
  6. Yeah I had read somewhere that Aldershot make decent noise at home, but I was surprised at how loud they were. Easily the best atmosphere at a ground I’ve been to this season, and i’ve been to most. Fair play to em.
  7. A truly unenjoyable away day. It felt flat in the away end as soon as we entered to be honest, and then of course the football started, which the players provided zero to shout about from minute 1. I honestly can’t take a single positive from that, and not a single player gets any credit. Tuesday feels like a massive point in our season now, and another performance like that in front of a big following could seriously turn ugly quickly.
  8. Can’t do that, we’ve already made a sub. Deffo need Mikey and Nors on though.
  9. I do think we should give them more, doesn’t make sense to me, but there won’t be many of them in the home ends. A few may slip through, but it’s ticket only for us, and your address has to be in our database to be able to get a ticket.
  10. Looks like 700 sold already. Seats sold out.
  11. Doubt he would have a choice tbh with you.
  12. Only 245 sold so far. Still reckon we’ll pull 400+ but thought we’d take a few more tbh.
  13. 1700 sold for Halifax so far I think I heard someone say in front of me last night.
  14. Tough watch yet again, as expected really. Yet again on chances created we have to be winning these games though, and could easily have 2 home wins in 4 days if we take some extremely easy chances. We all know our limitations, but it’s still super frustrating at times. Glad we only having 4 home games left now, and we have to go in to these next 2 massive away games with some confidence that we are decent away. Hopefully 500+ on Saturday at Aldershot, and can make some noise in that stand too.
  15. Wondered how long it’d take you. Less than 10 mins was some going
  16. Have a look at Bradford’s pitch. Ours is in incredible shape in comparison. https://www.nottscountyfc.co.uk/news/2024/march/bradford-postponed-020324/
  17. The pitch has held up far better than the previous pitches. It does seem like it’s been very wet (more so than usual) for the last few months too which won’t help. It’s still top 2 or 3 pitches in this league and miles better than a lot of EFL clubs, Bradford being a prime example. Sure i’ve read somewhere that the groundsman said that the pitch will be even better after a year or so too, as it’ll be fully bedded in. Something along those lines anyway.
  18. Only 1800 at Rochdale last night must be a concern for any new potential investor/ owner. I reckon we had games under AL with similar attendances, but were never announced as such. Hopefully they sort themselves out, they were always deemed to be a club who were well ran, so not sure what has gone wrong there.
  19. Baffling all the stick Mcgahey gets. Some of the twitter comments were embarrassing when the team was announced. I think he’ll be released in the summer but he hasn’t been that bad when called upon in midfield. I actually think if he had a touch more pace he’d make a pretty good midfielder, but he is unbelievably slow. He’s also a leader and very vocal, I watched on TV tonight and he was the player I heard the most by a long way.
  20. Get in there! Unbelievable night of results too.
