Okay, I'm going to move this to the techie bit. It could be some conflict with browser add ins or accelerators. Google Web Accelerator for example, if you ahve this or something similar, disable it. As I don't know what browser your using, or which add ins you've got - it's hard to get a handle on it. Make sure you've got the latest java updates, and you've got your firewall set up correctly.

PRIDE FC is not dead it seems, watch out UFC - here comes Affliction. Although I know little of the rules at time of writing, any event that can capture big names in its first outing like Fedor, Sylvia, and other well-knowns like Arlovski, Rizzo , Lindland and Babalu - is well on its way to be an excellent replacement to PRIDE, and hopefully a quality rival to the stale UFC. Rules are important though. I would love to see the Japanese Shooto - PRIDE rules back in action. There's nothing wrong with Vista. I've been using it for a couple of months now, no probs. I would NOT get a Vista machine with anything less than 2GB of memory though. You can get an excellent recon base unit with big hard drives and minimum spec memory of 2gb, and Vista Home Premium for around £200 and much more besides. Buy whatever you want, it's your choice - but I recommend you do not buy a Vista machine with less than 2gb memory. If you play games, throw in a DX10 ATI Sapphire and you are made.
