    Aye but this is a discussion board mate so this point will be discussed. If ppl don't want to go for a number or reasons then they need to be highlighed so that the club can address them.

    In the glory years we were the number one teams in the country. Nobody for 6 months in the 1991/92 season, and that includes Arsenal and united, could touch us. On our day we were the best!

    Being brutally honest - Is it only me who is getting a sick pleasure out of watching some of these overpaid talentless footballers struggling to make ends meet!

    lol funny enough I was in theatre today and asked the question of an orthopaedic consultant. A fibula fracture alone will never be operated on unless there is ankle or knee involvement! So there you go.

    TBH, i don't care what they wear as long as they pay their £20 and behave in a civilised manner!

    My best guess is he will be plastered from toe to knee and left to stew for a good few weeks!!!

    haha. seriously i've never seen the orthopaedic surgeons do any type nailing on the fibula. Possibly a manipulation under anasthetic so that the bone grows something like normal.

    I've never seen a fibula operated on. I'm happy to be proven wrong.

    Hang on a minute rudemedic. I'm a radiographer and they usually don't touch the fibula bone with surgery as it usually corrects itself. Other than that I agree.

    Apparently he's not an out an out goalscorer, more your Paul Warne type player who will chip in with a handful per season!

    Horrible thing to happen, I hope the lad pulls through! On a side not, I have lost count the number a pedestrian, walker, or Jogger wearing headphones has walked onto a side road in front my car, without so much as a sideways glance either way. A very scary moment for the driver!

    Aye a great save I agree but it saw it coming and had time to prepare himself. Great save of me is all about reactions and instinct!

    Nah as a goalkeeper myself Keepers thrive on those types of 'Hollywood' saves - easy pickings. Don't know what his best save was out of that lot but imo it was not the West Brom save.

    I think a few of lapsed fans will return for the game so expect 5063.

    Slightly disagree. True when we are playing badly the money off schemes do seem to do badly. However, as things are going now I do believe such a scheme as above, although pitched slightly cheaper, may just tempt back the ones who are wavering at the moment!

    A great idea! However, there is quite simply no way the club will risk losing money with such a scheme

    Haha I love the enthusiam surrounding the club at the moment! I don't care if we are promoted this season, well ok I do, so as long as the club at least attemps to create postiive vibe surrounding the current squad. Yes I know it may be mislead hope but long may it continue

    Im gutted I can't make it on Saturday tbh. After watching us against Charlton i'm all hyped about the season for the first time in years. Yes I know it could all go per-shaped, but enjoying the limited good times as a lower league supporter is what it is all about

    First game of the season and just got back... A great effort from the boys. A good point but I am abit gutted as we could, and should, have won the game. Charlton look nothing special although I do think they will make the play-offs! As for ourselves.. well ask me in a couple of games and I might start talking about the play-offs too! Another cracking strike by Furman!

    Assuming this is correct, I will be well peeved! Already sold Abbott and Eaves. If true, the club will never get another penny off me.
