Theres no debate in my eyes im a right back and i think bobbing on is the best way to create attacks rather than relying solely on a winger.

Which was the trialist?!?! No one really stood out for me on the staff team apart from shez and tommy wright. They had a really young kid who started at left back looked about 16 who showed a lot of potential must have been somebodys kid or a youth. The only player i could imagine was a trialist would have been the black lad but he was nowhere near good enough for league one standard. One of the lads i know Oaksey played for the fans and was supposedly on trial after speaking to Corney. I thought Corney had great feet too at times worked some openings for himself. The fans also had Ed de Goey in net for the end of the game but he played more like Tiebi with a hilarious final goal.

The chron states that a new left back may be used on trial against Rochdale tomorow making it unlikely that boertien will sign! Think im gonna go have a peak tommorow night got nothign better to do!

Have we ever had the eye of the tiger played before the players walk onto the pitch? I think we should use this opportunity to play an upbeat song that will get the players blood pumping something i think this song does for everyone. I just feel a pre match song should get the adrenaline going something i feel fanfare for the common man and mouldy old dough dont do... just my opinion of course but if i was running onto the pitch i would want something to psych me up and get my adrenaline going and theres few better than the significance of eye of the tiger from rocky...

I have already e-mailed franny and he is very aware of this post and says he is recording some favourites in order to prepare a vote on the official board next week. I will e-mail him seeing if he can make sure only registered users can vote to deter other clubs fans taking the pish! He said he has received loads of e-mails with some suggestions, some of which sounded pretty cheesy and cringe worthy in my opinion i just hope its a real football chant alla cardiffs rather than something crappy like 'another one bites the dust!'

Thats supposed to be guns for navarone by the specials btw! Please do not dismiss a song you do not know, do a search on youtube and listen to all the candidates and pick the one you think suits best. Remember the song needs to be easily sung and recognised, with a catchy tune. So songs with long verses and lyrics should be dismissed. Hopefully the club will seriously consider playing the winning song once a goal is scored at BP and we can then say we have our own little piece of history.... (P.S any song not listed if there is enough interest who agree write your idea down here below)

In reference to mouldy old dough You cant really sing to it can you thats my only grumble with it. I just think the songs all bar wigans 'you are my starshine' or whatever it was sound good when the whole crowd sing. It just rubs the salt in a little deeper when you score. What sheridan has done is remove the big ego's and replace them with smaller ones fighting to make a name for themselves. This is one reason why i dont think we will sign kilkenny. Wellens knew he was the dogs balls so got a lil comfy, Porter was on fire scoring and then got comfortable and has moved on to 'bigger things'. Sheridan has replaced them with hard workers who have quality as well. Scunthorpe last season where a bunch of hard workers and no big names, except Billy Sharp who just is class in a glass. I see where Sheridan is going and i like it! The fact is Allot is a good player stop judging him on his previous record as a striker!

Well said and quite moving. I think another factor is that younger folk (me included) have had this idea of racism rammed into our heads so much that we consider everything to be racist.

I think i have just posted my last post on JK, i posted the same post as on here, yes it is controversial yet i have been slaughtered by the majority of the posters on there. Where on here people have disagreed and rightly so everyone is entitled to their opinion, no personal comments were thrown my way.
