    Yes. If hitting hollywood balls that more than likely miss the intended player and shouting a lot makes a good midfielder, then Wellens was the best in the league. Never rated him, was glad when he left.

    Thought Lomax was excellent, kept arguably the best Left Winger in this league (Well, second best ) quiet, so much so that they ended up taking him off. I reckon Dyer would have torn Eardley to shreds personally. Stick with Kelvin Shez!

    Ashley Cole is a scumbag of the highest order, and I have absolutely no sympathy for him whatsoever. He deserves everything that comes to him.

    Why bother putting Eardley in CM when we have Maher, Lee and Stephens, aswell as the current pairing, who can all play there? Seems like a waste of time to me personally...

    How is Eardley twice the player exactly? Lomax rarely makes a mistake and does a very good job playing out of position. Eardley is extremely inconsistent, to put it mildly, playing in what's supposed to be his natural position. Twice the player indeed. Surely the fact that "there seems to be a lot of u around with this same view" shows that there's plenty of people agree with this view. The Tranmere game was the only stand-out performance i've seen from him for many a month...

    Sounds promising. It's a shame Lomax has got to drop out, he's our most consistent player in my opinion, but it sounds like a sacrifice worth making. Hopefully Kelvin will play a blinder next week against Hereford and push Eardley out of the team...
