  2. Happy new year to all of our subscribers and supporters. December saw the Playershare fund grow by £748.53 to leave the balance on the last day of 2012 at £6,223.99. This includes yet another donation from the 'Spend and Raise' initiative run by Opinions4U, which is really gaining momentum now. Great work, fella and thanks all who click on the link when shopping online. I say this every month, but, sincerely, thank you to every single one of you for your donations and for spreading the word. At the current rate of growth, we should be back to a five figure sum by the summer, which, at our level, is sufficient for a transfer fee. Alternatively, it could be used again for a player's wage.   10. With all the excitement of an FA Cup 3rd round tie at Nottingham Forest, it may be easy to forget that we have an away trip to Scunthorpe on New Years Day. As usual, we are running a sixteen seater mini-bus to the game (subject to a minimum of 14 having booked on). The bus will depart at noon and the cost is a tenner per person. To book, simply come in and pay... With regard to this 'ere cup game at Forest, we have upsized to an 83 seat double-decker bus and there are around twenty places left on it.   19. Due to overwhelming public demand, The Magic Numbers will play a second night here at The Junction on Saturday 9th February. The band know that some crazy folk will want to be at both nights, so the second night will be very different. The band will be taking requests and also participating in a Q&A. So, have a think about those burning questions you have always wanted to ask and also, the songs you would love to hear. All (sensible) suggestions will be passed on to the band.
