Haha, never happen. Shaw's Lib Dem all the way. Has been for years and probably will be for the forseeable future. Every council manages to f*ck up the area it controls, and screw the people who live their, but in Shaw we're quite happy with the Lib Dems as they seem to screw us less than the other parties do! No reason to change round here, all is going ok!

But a compromise and a decent Traffic report is needed. If a proper report is done and the number of flats are reduced to roughly 700 I am almost certain the plan would be accepted. Sheridan is not the problem! Looking at our team on paper this year I can only see 1 team in the league which should be a problem (I'm not gonna swear but you can probably guess who I mean). The Players Shez has brought in are good players! and as soon as they learn to play together, and actually bother to put the effort in we need. We WILL win games! we have a damn good team this season. and I see no reason why automatic promotion isnt a very good possibility! (and its never too late, look at last season! we wernt doing that much better than we are now!!!)

IMO Eardly had a decent game to day. Midfield was poor all game, and got worse in the second half! The strike force were getting the ball every now and then but not taking there chances! I cant understand why on earth Davies keeps running out wide, and when he does pass the ball why he doesn't go into the centre and try for goals. It seems to me he'd be much happier playing on the wing :-s. Defence was ok today. nothing special but not deserving of the any flak. nothing was really wrong. Eardly may keep hoofing it down the field, but isnt that what greegan does under pressure aswell? At the end of the day he's a defender and if he blasts the ball down the flanks everyime it goes to him then fair play! it keeps the ball away from our area! I think Eardly is a great player. and we should keep him a couple of years yet. he's only 18 and I think he will grow alot and be a big player in the game 1 day!!!

This isnt just a recent thing. The players have enjoyed yorkshire street for years. Infact it was a regular staurday night occurance for the likes of matthew tipton, will haining, jamie campbell, and several other of the then young players to be caught getting slaughtered around oldham most weekends!!!

Davies was wrecked by the end of the match, just as unfit as ricketts it seemed. Davies was also on a yellow card and not particularly looking like calming down, strugling to control balls, and wait i'm struggling to recall his shots on target? Ricketts might not be the best forward in the world, but I think your forgetting what league we're in, and being far to stuck in ur obsessed "we hate ricketts" ways to actually look at his performance and compare it with the rest. Thank god your not manager, we'd have a five foot drawf and a bloke who would get knocked down to a five foot drawf upfront!!!

This is just my opinion, I dont have kids and didnt start going till i was 11 and with my mates. BUT.... If you dont want your son to be nervous of the shouting when he's a few years older I'd suggest taking him towards the corners in chaddy end. However there is alot of foul language n its hard to convince a kid the words aren't good and shouldnt be repeated when they're younger. In the lookers upper paddock where i used to sit there's none of this, and the people seem much more family orientated with it beign the family stand. also there's the boundary blues lounge downstairs for before the match and half time ( a great venture to get him a season ticket aswell (very cheap))

I was at burnley last week. and unless i was asleep having a nightmare i'm quite sure greegan made far too many mistakes. He was solid first half but after the mistake that caused the first goal he seemed to totally cave in. MAJORLY overated imo!

The worst part of that was when they scored their last goal and where singing 6-1 to the sheep shaggers! they'd even lost count of goals :-( The only match i've ever left early!!!

Well thats there loss if they wont commit to having a good time. they can just stay at home drinking tap water watching countdown and playing eye-spy!
