How far can £1500 go on a rainy day? Im guessing if this rainy day comes we will need more than a couple of grand to make the sun come back out. Its a nice idea but I don't think you will ever get enough supporters to make the thing worthwhile. I hope I am wrong though.

I am tipping Tranmere for relegation this season. There squad is extremly poor, worse than ours. They do not have a keeper. At the moment they will be playing a 16 year old in goals against us. There best striker is Ian moore who is far from prolific and they released Savage. They have no wingers other than some youth players. And they have physio for a manager who doesnt strike me as the sort of guy who is cut out for management. He doesnt seem to be able to sign any one. If they dont manage to sign a new keeper and someone who can score we will have one of our easiest games of the season, as long as Dickov attacks.

Dean Brill for the few mistakes he made last season he also made a lot of good saves. The fans got on his back and destroyed his confidence. I'm hoping Dickov can restore it, because Dean could end up being a good keeper for us. The claims that he's as bad as Blayney and that O'Donnell kid are ridiculous and spouted by haters. I don't think Dickov is looking to replace Brill or Fleming either. If he was he would have announced them up for transfer when he announced the others.

I hope not. He had 3 good games for us but was pretty crap for the rest. I think our central midfield is sorted. I would like another winger i know Leeds have made Andy robinson available and Tranmere are looking at him. Chris Shuker is available to but Tranmere fans say hes been crap for the past 3 seasons.

It's because its only a short term loan, thats why the annual interest is so high. If you pay it back on the agreed date you should be fine. Although a couple of years ago my mate used one of them and didn't pay it back, they couldn't touch him because he did it over the internet and didn't sign anything.

Neal Eardley played 24 matches for a more successful Championship team and hes been capped more time for his country but our fans didn't like him. So I would not read too much into it.

Corney seems like a shrewd chap especially from his interviews. I think were in safe hands under his guidance. Until we find investors at least.

I would give Furman the benefit of the doubt that he was playing in a crap team riddled with injuries. He has the ability, he showed glimpses of it at the start of last season. I hope Dickov can get the best out of him.

Were probably an Alan Sheehan and Neal Trotman short of the playoffs. Trotman who is on the transfer list at Preston. We should try and get him in on loan. But yeah Sheehan would be a superb signing and it seemed he enjoyed his time here. We spent 60k on Colbeck ffs! Surely we can get Sheehan for such a minimal fee too.

Colbeck and Worthy are crap. JJ is very mediocre and we can do better and Purdie might have been a good player but he's probably crocked again. All are Penney signings and a what waste of 60k on Colbeck. I'm just glad to see that Furman isn't on the transfer list, when I saw the headline I thought he might have been.

Kewell was rated at like £20mil when he was at Leeds, but Leeds were going down the crapper so Liverpool negotiated a deal for £5mil, but there was a 'clause in Kewell's contract or something so Kewell and his agent managed to pocket £3mil of the transfer fee leaving Leeds with only £2mil for their one time best player.

NOW this would solve our left sided midfield problem.
