    No, as with most players that we sign he will do absolutely nothing for us then leave and reboot his amazing career at the next club.

    I kind of agree with Pizza on this one. There is no harm in the manager showing some thanks/respect to the travelling support, so why doesnt he? Only reason i can think of is that he's fed up with people calling for his head so he doesnt think they deserve it.

    Looking more to the sides immediately around us, we have 4 games in hand on some teams and need to win them. Not sure if there are any 6 pointers coming up but the next few weeks are going to make or break us.

    I watched a video of Lovejoy and Redknapps greatest whatevers (it was pretty crap tbh) and that Smalley miss vs Bristol Rovers was on it. Testament to how crap and 'bottom of the barrel' he is.

    I think i saw your letter on here, made a lot of sense and was in agreement with it. Much as i want to and as far as my faith goes, I hate getting ahead of myself, just being a long time latics fan will tell you never to get too excited abuot anything.     I would see them more of a poison than a remedy to the clubs problems. Only reason FC United get big gates is because of glazier, which is the whole point of FC United. Merge them with latics and they lose that identity/motive to go and rebel against their american owners. Latics would also lose fans on basic principle of merging with a spin off from one of our biggest rivals. You idea looks good on paper, but in reality it just wouldnt work.

    Good summary of the game oafcprozac. Finishing and sharpness is generally something that all teams lack in preseason. Not a major concern, would like to see another striker come in soon, with a brain as well as pace for a change. I have faith in Abbot and reckon he can do it for us this season if he remains fit.
