Getting hyped up is one of the joys of being a Oldham fan. But Saturdays performance was something different and how much we have improved to compared to a month ago. My only disappointment on Saturday was not keeping a clean sheet. But sure in time that won't be a problem.

Brentford got rid of there Academy set up a few seasons back. Instead they play organised friendless and tournaments across the continent. Huddersfield have this week announced there no longer running an academy at junior levels. i still feel it's important to keep the youth set up but at the same time with the new trialists coming in. If there of a better standard could help the youngsters raise there game and prepare them a lot better for first time football. If they get the opportunity.
