Ask yourself why is it always bad news? How many times have Rochdale or Bury or Bradford not paid their salaries? I cannot remember any! We all wish that it didnt happen but it does and not just the once or even twice. Meeting staff wages is a legal and professional responsibility in any business. It is not your Salary and it is not mine but some of us are not so content to simply say 'there have been assurances.' If Salary commitments were met on time you wouldnt hear or read a thing about it. Then there wouldnt be headlines in CAPITAL LETTERS.
