    So is the defence of the state of both the management and playing staff situation but it depends which way you want to see it, our problems probably lie somewhere in between and a defeat at Macclesfield or a failure to score again should set the alarm bells ringing. We literally do not have a fit forward at the club unless Lang is finally given a run out and we pack the midfield with those fit enough to play, sometimes on here it seems the poster is attacked even if they have a valid point to make and on this occasion I agree with what KIG has to say even if he could of delivered it better.

    Ironically the lad who we only secured on a 6 month deal has extended and we will probably hang around waiting for a lad who initially signed on a 12 month deal who will no doubt end up sat on a bench somewhere further south, more lessons learned going forward I hope. I've no doubt we've probably been compensated but like you say it's a shit situation and leaves us hopelessly short of attacking options.

    I've heard Sohny Sefil will be signing in the next day or two, centreback whose a bit of a unit by all accounts. Not sure if he's signing with a view to playing or as back up to Clarky and Eddie.

    The fact we hardly do business in January doesn't fill me with confidence and probably goes some way to explaining why we haven't finished any better than 15th in any League since 2008/09. A decade of abject failure could support an argument that we should maybe try a different approach but I won't hold my breath.

    Correct I've met him a couple of times and he wanted to sign for us on a couple of occasions but it just didn't happen (one of them being we signed Poleon from Leeds instead), really good friends with Mike Jones and a player I've always really rated, can play on his own up front as demonstrated when his ten man Crewe team beat us when he scored a brace and a wonderful solo goal to beat us 2-1 on Boxing day 2014.

    Of course we can discuss, I just had a suspicion you may be part of the new setup with your knowledge of our current structure, for instance not many fans to my knowledge would be aware that Millington is helping out at the moment.

    So he been coaching 12 year olds and on top of his managerial duties he's now going to double up as first team coach as well as Academy manager and Academy phase coach which was his job to start with. Some man this Pete Wild. What's your vested interest in this then Paul?, new to this board in December, you seem very keen on this rather inexperienced team being appointed and by the sounds of it have a vague understanding of the goings on at our club as well as others.

    In all honesty although it's not a prerequisite who'd actually heard of either Wild, Millington and Hale a month ago? It would be a massive leap of faith to install three effective nobodies within the game and following the first couple of defeats the lack of experience will be dragged out time and time again.

    I remember a time that our away support has been shit both in numbers and vocally and that was on a regular basis and I applaud anyone who travels the length and breadth particularly this younger generation who've had very little to cheer, always gets me how some of our fans get all precious about how someone else is behaving or are perceived as an attention seeker, live and let live is my motto. If a camera followed me round on some of my away trips as a teenager I've no doubt I looked like a bit of a balloon at times but it's part of life and there's not one person on here playing judge and jury who've not done anything they regret, young lads full of alcohol acting like dicks shocker.

    If they sent that to me I'd tell them to sling it, leaving wet paint all over the place and then having the audacity to bill a customer whose walked it in. Knowing he'll pay it as he doesn't miss a game is a bit of a cunts trick regardless of what you think of him, counter claim would be going straight in Monday morning if I were him.
