I'd also add that Lang and Surridge would be huge misses if they got injured and are as responsible as anyone for our high press and defending from the front mentality that Bunn seems to have instilled. Nepo's quality has never been in doubt and Missilou was decent from the the start, Maouche has taken time to shine but you've got to say he's taken his chance with both hands.

Shame his goalkeeper was largely responsible for us ending up in this shite league.

Maybe he'd of been better staying around the squad to get over his niggle than posting himself back on the south coast, he's certainly some way off the player we saw up to the Bradford game.

Looks like his self exile following the Bradford game where he ran riot has done him the world of good, no goals in six games and seven hours of football since his return, gone a bit Doyle on us after scoring nine in nine previous appearances.

Can't remember him being very very poor at any stage, he came in for the Macclesfield game which we won 3-1 and we were far more organised for it, we were poor as a team at home to Carlisle, Newport and Vale and Clarke didn't have his best games but of his 23 appearances we've only been beaten 5 times and we've won 12, he's also scored in 4 of the 12 victories, no doubt about it we are better with him than without and players like Edmondson are better for having him around.

It's either 10,000 at 25 quid a ticket or 25,000 at a tenner a ticket, I like a moan with the best of them but on this occasion it's the best decision all round. Should be close to selling out and will be a cracking atmosphere.

Genuine question and I'm not saying it in an arsey way but how many of these defence splitting passes have created a goal? I know he's a tidy player he has the look of one of these players the greedy league academies seem to churn out who are technically very good I'm just interested to know how many goals he's been involved in for us.

We know you like him you've made no secret of that but he's done nothing previously to suggest he'd operate at high end League 1 level, I will give credit where it's due and he's had a couple of steady games against non league and bottom end League 2 teams but in the same way you shout those down who wrote him off you can't big him up to be something he clearly hasn't shown yet, it does take players time to adjust and he may well be just finding his feet but let's see how he gets on against an in form Bury next week who are particularly strong in the middle of the park, if he bosses that I think we've found a player but my guess is he will just go missing again.
