  1. True but the bench is getting stronger.
  2. Yet he's let himself down plenty of times, what triggered that behaviour then?
  3. 100 percent, blokes so far up his own arse he can probably see his own teeth and his Twitter ramblings are frankly embarrassing as are those who are up his arse on there, he doesn't give a fuck about anything other than himself and his self importance and arrogance has been displayed on numerous occasions, he can play a bit at this level and in his day he was a steady Championship player but those days are long gone.
  4. Might have something to do with it generally being the time of year unpaid wages and shitstorms normally rear their heads, hopefully with the financial injection the club has been given we can look forward instead of over our shoulders on and off the pitch, I also feel we've a decent group of players who leave everything on the pitch and are giving everything for the club and manager, that alone will stand us in good stead.
  5. Not disputing he's a nice guy but the fact remains we are unbeaten in everything but the piss pot trophy - without him, held on with ten men against Lincoln - without him and more than likely would of taken care of Hampton before his lung busting run - without him, it's nice that he could burn of a plumber who'd probably been at work all day in the lead up to the goal but he was also responsible for us not getting a grip of the game by turning the ball over time and time again in dangerous areas of the pitch, is it coincidence we look a ten times better team without him in there? Where are all those who claimed how much we'd miss him now he's out, admit it we're not missing him are we.
  6. For someone who complains about others use of bandwidth this thread is right up there with the most pointless in OWTB's history.
  7. Lard arse handed his punishment. https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/anthony-gerrard-ordered-attend-anti-13759344?utm_source=facebook.com&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=sharebar
  8. https://goo.gl/images/GecJeS 3,000 Derby at Fulham, gonna be a great day out.
  9. Exeter have only won 2 in 10 and are 22nd in the 6 game form table, we are lying 4th in the form table so I'm expecting nothing more than a home win, set the bench mark with the effort and intensity last week and no reason to expect anything less this weekend, added bonus of going above them with a win.
  10. Not an ex player but I see Mark Moiseley has rocked up at Sunderland as Head of Revenue.
  11. Seems logical to me. Although from previous experiences you'd struggle to find Oldham town centre busy even in the lead up to Christmas.
  12. I initially thought 2000 would be a decent effort, double the 2800 at Forest would be stretching a bit much and anywhere near 5000 would be phenomenal, imagine what we'd take if we were ever successful again, on a serious note though it would be nice if some of the day trippers could make it to the odd league game or two, everyones circumstances are different and having been an exile I appreciate that but just a couple of hundred on our home league games would make a huge difference to our finances, still gonna enjoy what promises to be a fantastic day out though win, lose or draw.
  13. Feeling the love https://mobile.twitter.com/ripley_connor/status/1074078939818151937 100 up for Clarkey
  14. Anybody else not caring how many Fulham are there or is it just me? I'm more bothered if our two to three thousand can get behind the team enough and drive us on to an unlikely draw or victory. Financially it would be great if 20,000 of them turned up but equally if they are spread out all over the place it could well play into our hands.
  15. Wasn't done in a very nice way though was it and you have to give Tony credit for the way he's conducted himself throughout which is no surprise to many given the loyal nature of his service to us, it's a shame he never had a chance to part on his own terms but I'm sure every true fan would wish him all the best for the future, as for the new guy he will be out on his ear too very soon as I'm hearing the youth set up will be mothballed altogether as owner and manager don't see the benefit of it and would rather channel all the resources into the first team.
  16. I thought the keeper lost it when he hit the ground and you sometimes see them given and sometimes not, we were also in front at the time and that decision wasn't pivotal to the outcome of the game like the ones the bent ref at Rochdale gave.
  17. He ducks under most balls which isn't a decent trait for a would be centre half.
  18. No need for probably our best attacking threat to play at LB. Grahams here as cover for Clarke and Eddy he's got his chance it's now up to him to take it like others have.
