fair play to you, the same fans from our premier league days are probably the same ones who went to anfield and goodison last season and anfield the year before but to get out of this league and aim for the championship we wont do it with 3000 diehards.

rather a ref let the game flow than one who blows every time a players touched even if it means a couple of decisions go against us, when we have played well this seasons opponents have used picky refs who blow for nothing to break play up against us causing us to lose momentum.

Sometimes a manager has to be honest with the supporters, over and beyond the players. They are not stupid. As long as you dont criticise individual players in public, admonishing the team is fine, not a problem. We can all share in the blame: the manager, his staff, the players. Expressed properly, criticism can be an acceptance of collective responsibility. Wise words ?
