Maybe wages would be a stumbling block? But if Nuttall has a decent agent he should be able to get a move, possibly even to a lower league 2 club needing a striker.

Not sure if we sold him, he just wouldn't sign the contract being offered.

I only saw him a couple of times but he was our best player on both occasions, very skilful and not afraid to get stuck in as well.

We've spent far too much time in our own half over the last couple of seasons so maybe we've now decided we've a better chance of winning if the ball's in the opposition half of  the field.

I maybe  wrong on the re-inventing bit but he does seem more comfortable with the shackles off, probably because he's not a very technical type of player preferring to do things instinctively. Cookson impressed me in a 45 minute cameo pre-season, very vocal and mature. 

Unfortunately he's another bloody centre half. Could be interesting at right back but not sure how good he is going forward.
