Now that could be hype , but it isn't a transfer surely. If he is accurate in his measurement then it's not even an ordinary change in ownership - we've had lots. A ground move? Possibly, but it doesn't tie in with the noises coming from the two Simons recently. And it couldn't happen quickly. Moving to a new site means the planning process begins again. Even moving to an existing location such as Curzon Ashton has implications for ground development and planning. I guess we'll have to wait and see what - if anything - transpires.
