oafcmatty
What do you reckon the attendence will be at BP on saturday? Obviously Yeovil will be bringing 150 at best so its all down to latics fans. Considering our good start to the season and everything what does everyone think for saturday? Considering our good start to the season and everything what does everyone think for saturday? 4,500, slowly slowly catchy monkey (or on) attendances for our home games in April were 3,486 3,769 4,225 4,500 will at least show we have recouped some of the stayaways from the second half of last season - we can build from there knowing we are indeed back to the faithful 4,500. Im gutted I can't make it on Saturday tbh. After watching us against Charlton i'm all hyped about the season for the first time in years. Yes I know it could all go per-shaped, but enjoying the limited good times as a lower league supporter is what it is all about Edited August 26, 2010 by laticsmad

Home attendances v Yeovil 05-06 W2-0 6,979 (Big following from Yeovil and an air of expectancy after Ronnie Moore had been allowed to push the boat out) 06-07 W1-0 6,035 (Both teams in the Play Off positions, Latics enduring a dodgy spell) 07-08 W3-0 4,781 (Both teams in mid-table, Latics with big injury problems) 08-09 L0-2 5,318 (Despite battering eventual play-off winners Scunny the previous midweek, Latics surrendered meekly) 09-10 D0-0 4,208 (An awful game played in windy conditions, again coming off the back of a superb win vs the Mongs) Average attendance over the last 5 meetings? 5, 464! Not bad but swelled by the first two meetings Edited August 26, 2010 by oafcprozac
pukka
The weather will be a factor. If its ok I'm going for 4900, if its bad 4400.

Not bad but swelled by the first two meetings IIRC that was part of a 2 game (or maybe 3 game) cheap package deal the club did - 2 (or 3) home games on the spin - we played sh1te in all of them so the ploy failed. Yeovil, Brighton and Orient I think A 2-0 defeat and two 1-1 draws... 3 for £30 wasn't it? Edited August 26, 2010 by oafcprozac

We'll be the wrong side of 5k - weather forecast is for a slight improvement this weekend so we may make 4,800 - let's hope that we continue on from the County performance - neat and tidy - lots of work - shoot on sight - get in! nava
are we talking official attendance or actual? only ask because officially there was sumat like 5035 at notts county when in reality there was a fair few more in the ground Well there was a combined 4600 empty spaces in the RRE and Chaddy and easy to see aswel,l so im guessing there was easily a few hundred seats not taken in the main stand. 4900 with 150-200 from yeovil

longtimeblue
At Leeds this weekend, Says something about the inprovements to be gutted about missing the game. Even with a St I wouldn't usually be that arsed. Probably the least atractive fixture of the season truth be told.
