24 or 181 will take you to Manchester, catch them on Broadway at the back of the ground or walkup Sheepfoot Lane and catch the 182 from the bus stop facing the hospital - that also goes to the City Centre. A taxi could cost you anything from about £12...

Get the train from Mills Hill to Manchester Victoria which is right under the MEN Arena.

Bus from Broadway, just outside the ground. First Manchester 24 or 181/182. Takes about 45 minutes.

Enjoy the game. :OWTB1: Remember to leave the 3 points at Boundary Park!

I would put it at a good 30-45 mins walk

to be honest pal, id go to a boozer near the ground, have a pint and ask the bar staff to ring you a taxi, take the taxi to Mills Hill Train Station, cost about a £5, then from Mills Hill its a 10-15 minute train journey to Manchester, and as stated earlier, the train station is directly under the MEN, so walk up the steps to the Arena.

The bus isn't a bad shout either, but if you don't know Manc your not gonna know where to get off, where the Arena is etc. But then again, im a fuss pot and wouldnt want to get lost lol

I go from Manchester most of the time and have never got the train to Mills Hill, might be worth a try sometime I know a few of my relatives are buried in a graveyard nearby there

Not worth it mate as someone said its 30-40 min walk and its mainly up hill also depends which way you decide to walk via ChADDERTON Hall school or directly up towards Broadway.

Pretty sure there is a bus from Royton going the old 412 route which goes to Shudehill bus station 5min from Manchester Victoria Sixtey something is the number.
