Plans drawn up, hope to submit end of Ju;y beginning of August. Then 13 week judicial period. Immediate build, then further plans. Another couple of lean years, but whatever is planned is there to help move the club forward. I daresay someone will have an insider that has seen the plans but can't reveal anything for a couple of years until the stand is built. That's what I often don't understand about all the conspiracy around TTA intentions. Maybe they (and particularly SC) enjoy running a football club. I love football and if I was mega rich would probably enjoy trying to run one my self no doubt wasting a large chunk of my imaginary fortune on bad managers, failed footballers and inept councils!
