Diego_Sideburns
Everton have received an allocation of 2,839 tickets, the same as Liverpool. Fan power helps the Club to beat the police.

Twisbrogan
If the unbelievable happens, let's not give GMP the excuse next time and keep off the pitch. Was totally understandable v Liverpool after years of nothing to celebrate but as they clearly want to be fettling, best to not give them an opportunity. If we get to an FA Cup quarter final I'd be very surprised if it didn't. I'm pretty sure the police recommended we gave Liverpool the whole thing and we said no. Of course that would be their recommendation for a QF, but I'm sure the club will politely tell them where to go just as they did for Liverpool and have done for Everton. Storm in a teacup. LaticsChris
According to the OS Yeovil fans will get priority. Seems unfair, I can't imagine many of them were even at the Liverpool game.

I guess the only issue is whether the police give the whole end to Valencia in the Europa League group game next year.

jimsleftfoot
I heard on the grape vine that GMP was asked to provide a logical explanation why giving away fans more tickets would be safer and GMP's collective hive mind blew up! LaticsPete
Good news. Well done Barry and well done all supporters who kicked up a stink about the GMP proposal. Now, let's sell out early.
Diego_Sideburns
Barry Owen will be releasing a statement about this in due course. The delay in announcing the good news on the OS is enabling the rarely-wrong Chron to go with its bad news story, which is now history. http://www.oldham-chronicle.co.uk/news-features/10/oldham-athletic-news/77481/tickets-storm

Perhaps we should use the FA Cup winnings to place some adverts in the Spanish media re. how cold Ice Station Zebra is? It would only be prudent.
