Lags
The plastics have sold 10,000 tickets for their wembly appearance in the FA Cup semi final. For the first time ever the FA are to set up a neutral section to try and shift the tickets. What's even more sad is that the real Latics are light years behind this non league outfit! oafc1955
I must say I don't think it's right that SF's are at Wembley however that is a seriously poor response to the team's achievements. I think we would have taken in excess of 20,000 to the JPT final!!
rudemedic
They've sold 20,000 the 10,000 is the number of returns from their 30,000 allocation. Southend sold 30,000 for the JPT final, Crewe sold 10,000.

singe
It should be more, and I would love the Plastics to get relegated. But to be fair, the last train leaves before the end of the match! As other have said should have been somewhere in the Midlands

Yard Dog
They are a really poorly supported team. Makes you think what could have been achieved at the real Latics with a Dave Whelan and a JJB in Oldham ten to fifteen years ago.
rudemedic
Right or wrong, it's not going to change for twenty odd year, due to the fa's tie in with wemberley Tie in, they own it. Which is why it got rebuilt as the new national stadium as the FA got the major say.
Hands on
I suspect many fans are hoping/expecting a win and keeping their money for the final.
