LaticsChris
Aren't we forgetting the huge advantage our plastic pitch gave us back in the day! That was overplayed. We had a fantastic away record.
Markspark92
Aren't we forgetting the huge advantage our plastic pitch gave us back in the day! We also had the best away record in the division that season so that argument is irrelevant for anyone who brings up that our plastic pitch got us promotion
oafc-latics
Two :censored: teams, and they were slightly better at being :censored: than we were. Only Jones came out of it with credit for me. When the best football of the afternoon is by the disabled kids at half time you know what kind of game it's been. Watch us go and get a result against Bristol City now. BP1960
Just seen the goals, the first was weak defending in the air, but the second was worse - with particularly a lack of closing down evident, the manager has got to instill in his players you cannot allow the opposition at any level such time and space. As much as I like Jones he was ball watching for both goals. Edited March 29, 2015 by BP1960
Lee Sinnott
There really is no excuse for losing four aerial challenges in your own box...
opinions4u
There really is no excuse for losing four aerial challenges in your own box... When you've got Lockwood and Gerrard in there.

bozman
The size of Wilkinson should lead him to bullying and intimidating defenders. he has some ability but a terrible work rate and seems an attitude to match. His work rate seems to suffer when things aren't going for him. Or may be he's not too bothered now that his summer move to Barnsley is getting sorted (according to today's sun). SavageTheBeast
Lockwood had a shocker yesterday and Gerrard looked shakey. Both didn't win as many headers as the previous two games
oldhamoafc
Coleman should have come for the first. Like I said before the game he looks shaky on crosses...
Blu-Blood
He claimed quite a few crosses in the first half very well.

As much as I like Jones he was ball watching for both goals. Is it Wilkinson who had the first chance? His first touch was terrible; think he'd have scored if he'd controlled it better. The reason Bradford won four headers for the first goal is that Latics didn't challenge for any of them. Both poor goals from the keeper's point of view, especially the second - he shouldn't be letting that one trickle past him. The depressing thing is how close we'd have been to the playoffs, had we got a result. Someone :censored: is going to make the playoffs this year and it could have been us. deyres42
Can get 6/5 about Bristol City on Friday, pay for those Easter Eggs...

disjointed
Can get 6/5 about Bristol City on Friday, pay for those Easter Eggs... That looks a huge price. If Latics had drawn at Bradford I would have had a decent draw, as it was I only got the 4 timer instead of a 5 timer and 5 x 4 timers. PlayItLivo
Gerrard clearly had his mind on playing with Suarez, Henry and Alonso!
