JoeP
Wouldn't we have to pay compo? Seems very unlike Latics...
singe
Matt Chambers @Matt_Chambers_ 1m1 minute ago John Sheridan the clear front-runner to come back to #oafc as manager.
deyres42
If it is Sheridan then that is it a very shrewd/sneaky move from Corney and co.

deyres42
At least an 1000 extra on the gate for Bury. Club legend and experienced manager so you've all got what you wanted and can't moan even if we still go down which we probably will anyway. Brilliant from Corney. opinions4u
Warren Feeney with Shez dream team down the dogs.......... its a not going to happen. New manager in my opinion based on Gilders remarks. I actually thought Dowie when I first read it.

mattsgrandad
As much as I'd like to think Sheridan's return would prove to be a game changer it would be extremely unlikely. Returning managers seldom live up to expectation and the most telling impact on the outcome is the availability of funds for transfers so unless Corney puts some realistic money on the table the incoming manager is unlikely to fare any better than the outgoing one. Wozzer
Neil redfearn? Brilliant. Somebody managing a team in the Championship is going to leave to manage a club on the verge of relegation to League 2. Not happening.
24hoursfromtulsehill
Shez pictured in Tesco Oldham with Corney, via twitter. My favourite picture of all time. Confirms what I've always said and no one ever believed: all OAFC business happens in Tesco. Managers in the cafeteria, players in the detergents aisle.
