Coleman Wilson - Dieng - Gerrard - Lafferty Dummigan - Palmer - Kelly - Forte Holloway - Murphy The above is based on Gerrard being fit and Shez keeping Forte on the pitch as opposed Winchester. Alternatively, he could bench Forte and use him as an impact player, meaning Winchester starts again. We have options though. I like options. I thought Gerrard was supposed to be some kind of warrior - knee collisions, we know they hurt, but we've all come back on in Sunday league 5 minutes after the pain's gone and ran it off, never mind not being fit for a game 3 days later...
