His attitude was second to none, as oafc_ok said, he took his chance with both hands. For someone to give up their job and take a pay cut to live out the dream of being a pro footballer is a big risk, especially as we were so close to going out of business. I think the reason he went back was because of the physio situation. Players were dropping like flies, with no full time physio to look after him, for that I cant really blame him. He had to protect himself as he knew he would be looking for a job in the summer, which is much harder to do when you are carrying an injury.

There is too much red on that badge. Actually, come to think of it, there is too much red on the current badge. Apart from that there is nothing wrong with it, its the best football club badge in the world. If they were to make any alterations they should just change the red to tangerine.

So, the list of players is pointless as we are not part of manchester. Secondly, its states "Manchester" and NOT "Greater Manchester". I for one dont like the idea of being part of Greater Manchester, but have to accept it either way. But simply, Greater Manchester and Manchester are not the same. See the above list. Manchester is part of Greater Manchester, and apparently Oldham is also part of Greater Manchester. Nowhere does it say that Oldham is, or has ever been or will ever be, part of Manchester. We are not part of Manchester and we are not Mancunian. Whether or not Greater Manchester exists, Oldham (and Manchester for that matter) is part of Lancashire (la la la).

agree with that. I was at albert square too, was a brilliant day. Shot off home straight after and managed to avoid seeing any trouble too.

watched the game in albert sq. great atmosphere, pi** poor game. best team won. Was a quality day, top atmosphere all day.
