    It'd take a lot for me to ever muster the enthusiasm to go back there after that pre-Christmas battering a few years ago. Given the number of 'big' aways we've had recently (coupled with the fact it's a Tuesday and MK), anyone who travels to this is full on hardcore.

    Surely they'll give us more? Ground's to big for them anyway so you'd have thought they may as well just give us as many as we want. Another 1,000 would make sure there was no one in the home ends.

    Will it? He's been the Academy boss for a short period of time and whilst an away win at Fulham is going to look good on his CV, I'm not sure that will get him a manager's job anywhere in league football. He seems like a top bloke and it was genuinely heartwarming to have a fellow blue celebrating with the players on the pitch at Craven Cottage. I'm sure he's good at what he does but I'd have thought this was his best chance if he was going to get offered a job. I hope he's rewarded with a long-term contract and looks after the youths (which I'm guessing he enjoys)

    You'd have to assume that Scholes has laid some pretty stringent rules in place. He doesn't need the job or the money and it's actually a risk for him taking it. I reckon Abdallah will have found his match and Scholes will have sought assurances on quite a few things. He's in a position to do that (unlike any of the other realistic candidates). Hopefully they'll keep each other in check.

    You may have a missed a thread on here a few months ago but some people spoke very eloquently about gambling. Said things in a way I wish I could. But, yeah. All good at times and at others it eats away. I've not taken a risk for 6 months. Definitely better off paying it safe. Hopeful I won't have a bet again.

    Agree with all of this apart from the labelling of Abdallah as a prat... Will probably end up being a fair assessment but he deserves a bit longer.

    I ended up in the home terrace. Agreed. Even funnier was the 20 singers in the home 'end' thinking the 'can you hear the Oldham sing' song would travel 100 yards to our end.
