    Reckon I used the downboat option less than 5 times. Reckon Koweniki had 3 of them and McFluff might have had the others in his early incarnation. Nice to have the option though.

    I agree, mate. It's not started brilliantly well. I think Corney has probably made me more patient than I should be but I just think it's still a transitional period and things he's trying new into his ownership aren't coming off. If he is trying to get involved in tactics/teams, that needs to stop (even if he's/his brother's in charge of recruitment). Other than that, there's been no talk of unpaid wages for a while and the probability of a managerial appointment that will get people interested. If we're in no better position in 12 months, it'd be time to ask serious questions.

    Sounds like there are some dodgy goings-on on. But, fuck me, Corney got 15 years before (most) people seriously started questioning him. Talk of banners and tennis ball chucking is too premature. First full season in charge for him... We're not going down. Let's see what happens between now and August. Sure some of the headhunters on here were some of the one's who cut Corney slack an all.

    That's what I thought from the outset. There's obviously got to be something in it for them and this is the only plausible answer. Given the recruitment route we've gone down and the fact Abdallah 'was' an agent, it looks like this is how they intend to make their money.
